Why I am a Notary Public

I am a notary public in Pflugerville Texas and the Austin, Texas metro area, and I can tell you that this industry was completely new to me a year ago. I never even heard of being a notary, but I knew that there was something more and I have dreams of starting a music nonprofit. I studied this industry, and I realized that it wasn't difficult and had low start up fees! I want more out of life without working a 9-5 and this enables me to do that.


You can do a lot as a notary public. Whether you want to be a loan signing agent where you're notarizing house loans or want to do general notary work the choice is up to you!


Here are some keys of why I love being a notary:

  1. Meeting People: You are interacting with a variety of clients, from nervous first-time homebuyers to seasoned professionals which adds depth and reward to the job.

  2. The Satisfaction: Ultimately, there's immense satisfaction in helping people navigate the maze of paperwork and legalities, making the job worthwhile and fulfilling.

  3. Expect the Unexpected: No day is predictable in notary work. From last-minute rush jobs to documents in foreign languages, versatility and preparedness are key. You never know what you're going to get!
